What is the blue economy?
Blue Economy sectors encompass economic activities that depend on marine and coastal ecosystems while promoting sustainable use of ocean resources. These include fisheries and Aquaculture, Marine Conservation, Renewable Energy, (Coastal) Tourism and Hospitality, Maritime Transport and Shipping.
